THERE  ARE USUALLY FIVE STAGES OF AN ACCIDENT CASE:

1. INITIAL  CONTACT WITH INSURANCE COMPANY AND SEEKING MEDICAL ATTENTION ( How you handle this will have an effect on the rest of your  case and settlement)
2. TREATMENT (we aren't medical doctors but we will tell you how to pursue  medical services, if needed, and why this is extremely important to  your case- you need advice at this stage or it could have a detrimental  effect on your case)
3. PUTTING  ALL YOUR INFORMATION TOGETHER AND SENDING IT TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY (we will tell you what you need to gather together for the insurance  company to take you seriously)
4. FIGURING  OUT WHAT YOUR CASE IS WORTH   (we will take a look at  your facts, injuries, medical bills, lost wages, inconvenience, etc.  and tell you what we think your case is worth and what you should  settle for- otherwise you may settle for much less then what your  case is worth)
5. NEGOTIATING  WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY (we will give you tips and actual  phrases to use with the insurance adjuster so that they think you  know what your talking about).
