There's only one reason why hundreds of foster parents have contacted me or hired me over the last 15 years. They've fallen in love with their foster children and want to adopt them. But the real problem comes when Child Protective Services decides that they aren't going to let you adopt the kids. Not because of anything you've done and not because the parents have reunited but because the social worker doesn't like you, they've found another home for the kids or you're considered a satellite home and therefore not eligible to adopt.
