Why do a will? If you die without a will then all your property could go to people you don't want it to go to, including the government. That's pretty simple. The $50.00 will is the same will I would prepare for you if you came into my office and spent an hour or two with me. It is approximately 6-7 page will. The type of will we offer here is a typical but simple will in which the will maker is leaving everything to his wife (or her husband) (community and separate property) except maybe a few items that they want to leave to a few personal friends or children.. Also, in this will we set it up so that if you leave your property to your spouse and your spouse dies within 30 days of your death, then there is an alternative to where you want your property to go. If you want a will for both you and your spouse then we call this reciprocal wills. This means that the wife leaves everything to the husband if she dies and the husband leaves everything to the wife if he dies. If you are single you can use this same form also.

If you are ready to do your will click the Legal WIzard button below.

Please note: Without mentioning your property, this will, will leave all your property, both personal property (jewelry, televisions, bank accounts, etc) and real property (home, lot, etc.) to the person that you name. You do not have to state your banks, real property, etc. You should really have a file at home with all information about all your property in it in case this unfortunate event occurs.

Notes regarding below information :

Primary Heir is the person you want all your property to go to (make sure you put their name here.

Alternate heir is the person you want your property to go to if the primary heir dies before you or dies within 30 days of when you die.

Executor is the person that will handle and distribute the property in your will. This should be the primary heir or someone else that you trust. If you don't trust the executor then you should check the box that requires them to get a bond (most people do not require the executor to get a bond).

Guardian -you should name a guardian if you still have children (this would be someone that you trust to take care of your kids).
